In 2019 Dulicht Homes built and sold 8 private houses as the first phase of private residential homes at the Dulicht Court development in Grantown-on-Spey. A mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom semi-detached homes with timber larch cladding and white roughcast provided a Highland aesthetic.

Dulicht Homes delivered 10 houses for The Highland Council in Grantown-on-Spey. Built to Firm Foundations specification, these new homes benefited from solar panels, very high insulation, aluclad windows and doors, and composite cladding ensuring low running costs and low maintenance requirements.
